OUR LEADERSHIP TEAM
General Manager (Director)
Based in Paeroa at head office, Tane has been part of the AgriSea family since its inception. From seaweed harvesting around some of our most amazing coastline’s to learning everything about the business from the ground up this has been a life long passion for Tane and his family.
Tane supports the internal teams, builds research relationships, engages with our farming communities and manages our raw resource across New Zealand. Tane readily grasps future opportunities in both the Seaweed Industry and Primary sectors in New Zealand. We have known the value seaweed has on our primary industries for decades and we are fortunate to do the work we do in supporting the growth, research and understanding by collaborative relationships with great like-minded people and companies.
We are excited about the future and the support AgriSea brings to our communities.

OUR PRODUCTION TEAM
Operations Manager/Health & Safety Manager
Rob joined the AgriSea team 18 months ago, prior to this he was on the Defence Force, in Logistics Management, Transportation and Warehousing. Rob spends a lot of time out on the road delivering products to customers, and has got to meet a few new faces over the last 18 months. He is also in charge of the brewing side of things and Health and Safety for the company.
Rob and his wife Colleen live in Paeroa and love the outdoors especially getting out in his kayak fishing up the Coromandel coast.
Clive has been with AgriSea for 14 years now. Prior to this he also worked in the Freezing works for 17 years. Clive is the “fix it” man (a.k.a McLivor), if anything is broken, Clive can generally fix it. He’s also in charge of brewing the Animal and Pasture Nutrition, which he’s got down to a real fine art.
Clive also spends a fair bit of his time out on the road delivering products to our customers.
Previous to joining AgriSea Roger worked at the Freezing works alongside Steve. At work, you’ll find him mostly in the Seaweed milling room or working the machines out the back in the production area.
Originally from Rotorua, Roger now lives in Paeroa with his wife and three children.
Sean joined the AgriSea team back in 2013. Sean works hard and always goes the extra mile to support the AgriSea team. At work you’ll find Sean out the back either washing pods, valeting company vehicles or out on the road running errands.

Sarah has been involved in the Agricultural Industries for most of her life. Bought up on a Sheep and Beef farm on the West coast of the North Island, Sarah left school and worked for Elders Pastoral, before moving onto Farmlands where she worked for 12 years at the Te Awamutu and Hamilton branches. Sarah eventually became the Branch Manager of both of these stores, before leaving to start a family.
Her and husband moved to Paeroa back in 2007 to go Dairy farming, before purchasing their own Drystock property 4 years ago. She started working part time for AgriSea back in 2013 before becoming our Sales Manager. Sarah enjoys working on the farm in the weekends, and following her children around with their various sporting activities.

Ange has been part of the AgriSea team for nine years, and spent her first eight in the role of Area Field Consultant, working along-side our farming community. In this time she carried out many Visual Soil Assessments providing customers with the unequivocal evidence of soil and pasture improvements.
Ange’s career line involves 20 years in the Automotive Industry from the Service Department to Finance Management and a total of 35 years in various customer service roles. Coming from an Automotive to Agricultural arena was challenging for Ange but thoroughly enjoyable. She has learnt so much with AgriSea about New Zealand Seaweed, Ecklonia radiata.
She is grateful to our customers who have taught her about their farms, farming industry practices and animal health. AgriSea’s view for the future of a more sustainable, healthier lifestyle for our land, animals and ultimately family fit so well with Ange’s values – it’s right where she wants to be.

I was born and raised in Denver, Colorado in the USA. I moved to NZ with my Kiwi partner in 2013 when he took on a new role with a company in AKL. My job with AgriSea has given us the opportunity to move out of the city and we love it.
Growing up, my surroundings were mountains and rivers, so I love the walking tracks through the Karangahake Gorge. I also enjoy gardening, reading and getting out on the boat. We also own a motorcycle, so we get out with our friends and tour NZ whenever possible. I’ve been fortunate enough to ride around most of the country with just a few locations still on my list to visit.
